be careful with this lot, their customer service is shockingly bad. i ordered the ones last week, said 'order not completed' so i reordered, charged twice. as soon as i realised i tried their only live help, and also sent them an email. One week later I received an email saying

Put in 3 separate orders for 3 relatives but have only got confirmation email for first order. I assume each separate order gets the discount, is this other people's experiences? Live chat doesn't appear to work either.
