Tenants deposit deduction for repairs

Myself and my 2 housemates have just moved out of a shared house and the Landlord is after keeping £260 of our deposit for the following repairs:

hello i do a lot of work for a couple of letting agencies the price youve been quoted is good
does the cleaning include the oven to be cleaned
also there would be two contracters on the job,ie a cleaner and a painter
the firms i do work for always get a couple of quotes for the work needed0
