I took the cover out before christmas... and yes you guessed it I needed to claim because my circuit board went in my heating, they came out within the stipulated 2 hours and repaired my boiler, brilliant service, i found out how much it would have cost me from an independent source and they stated approx£ 250....so in my eyes i have got the cover for free really and i still have 11 months of cover to go..... ;D0
