Claiming Bank Charges

OK im not sure if I can claim back charges. I am struggling money wise. I am in around £15,000 worth of debt but some of the debts were with the banks and have now been passed on to debt companies.
My question is can I still claim for bank charges from the banks I owe money too?

You can still claim even if they have been sent to a Debt Collection company.0 -

Yes the debts are all going through different debt companies. So I guess the next step would be to request bank charges lists from the banks and credit card companies?0 -

Thats Great
One more thing though, the accounts were closed and passed to debt companies so I dont know my account numbers etc. Can I go into or phone up the companies to get my account numbers etc? or are there other ways?0 -
