Yeah, it has always cleared and gone to order confirmation, etc.
It's possibly because it's your first delivery, or you're getting delivery to a new address, or it's a new cc??0 -
Can anyone give me some advice, have been looking at these for a while, was looking to use this with mobile broadband, does it have everything I need to be able to do that. Do I just buy a dongle and plug it in or is it more complicated than that. Not very good with technology! Is there a known problem that you cant open links on emails?Jan Grocery challenge

if you put windows xp/7 on it (assuming this comes with linux?) buy a dongle plug it in the software will automatically install, buy some credit and go - mine works fine with the o2 payg dongle

Win 7 is currently a free download as it is not released yet. It will work for free until next year when you will have to pay for a license.
It is easy enough to change the OS, although it is a little involved...0 -
yeah what goldeneye243 said - there is a cheap pre-order price on win7 - you can pick it up for £49.99 when its released, but you can download the full pre-release version from microsoft - the aspireone site has lots of guides on changing OS - including ubuntu remix which is free and may also work with broadband donglesNorn Iron Club Member #64

OS?Jan Grocery challenge

Not quite as simple as is made out here.
Unless you have a external DVD drive, you will need to create a Bootable USB drive in order to install your OS of choice. You may also need to increase the amount of RAM installed, dependent on your choice of OS.
It may be better for you to purchase a Netbook with Windows already installed, unless you have a Techie friend.0
