Were doing the same trip flying to Sanfrancisco, then Las vegas, then home again.
Expedia does multitrip flights none of the others seem too. Were flying United airlines and got the flight details from expedia then booked direct with united and saved a few quid. Print out the flight details from expedia 'cus the detials on uniteds paper work isn't very good.Nothing to see here, move along.0 -

United are pretty good especially as they fly 777 to San Francisco. Nice aircraft.
My favourite though, and I have done the trip more than 40 times, is Virgin Atlantic. Prices through their website are pretty good and they also fly from Las Vegas so you should be able to get a round trip. Try getting a price off their website - http://www.virgin-atlantic.com
Flights between SFO and Las Vegas should be cheap and plentiful. Consider flying from one of the other Bay Area airports such as Oakland or San Jose - prices from those are generally much lower that SFO.
Oakland, for example, has several airlines flying to Las Vegas - Southwest, America West, Aloha, US Airways and if I remember correctly there are close to 20 flights a day. With that kind of competition on one route prices will be rock bottom. Checkout the schedules and links to the various airlines at the airport website - http://timetables.oag.com/oak/

Consider driving from SF to Las Vegas, you will pass through some stunning landscapes (including Death Valley, if you wish) and you can do it in a day or two. What goes around - comes around0

Pity we didn't know this before, all the flights we checked were exactly the same price they seem to have a price fix from sfo.
Still £792 for both of us seemed a pretty good deal. In the words of Freddie Laker book early

I went with BA last year and the total cost was just under three hundred pounds - more than reasonable. I'd avoid UA in economy, service levels simply are not (in general) up to scratch on the major American carriers; that said, if you just want to get there and are not concerned about the details, then they will probably be cheaper than BA.
Try:

Which is one of the few that I've found to give good deals.'We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time. '

Tried BA as well their package flew out to SFO ok but the SFO to Las vegas leg went via heathrow!!! not very handy. Would have been ok for a there and back trip but for the multiple desination it just didn't work out. Thanks for the travel jungle trip I'll give them a go next time. My misses likes her holidays I think NewZealand is next on the adgenda, I'll never be rich but what can you do :happyloveNothing to see here, move along.0

https://www.americanairlines.co.uk allow you to book flights with multiple trips online, and often come up with pretty reasonable prices. When you get to their online booking page, click the 'Multi-City' tab at the top. :j0

Are you in a real hurry?
If not then drive from San Francisco to north of LA on Highway 1 then use Interstate to San Diego (I find LA disappointing as a destination). Beautiful drive right along the coast but allow (at least) 2 days.
Driving to San Diego takes around a half day from LA and Las Vegas another generous half day from San Diego. There is (normally) no one-way drop off charge for cars hired within California but there may be when going into Nevada so you may want to fly.
Southwest Airlines (https://www.southwest.com) have an Internet fare one way for $39 from San Diego to Las Vegas.
I've always found American Airlines the most comfortable for such a long trip but remember you have to pay for alcoholic drinks ($5 a time when I last went) on all US carriers. So if you want the odd beer, wine or spirits then that adds to the cost of your trip.Nice to save.0
