Hi
I don't know if anyone can advise me on this but on Thursday 25th June I ordered some hair straighteners for my daughter. These were not deleivered so on the Monday I rang them to ask for the tracking number and imagine my suprise when someone by my last name but different initial had signed for them at my house (apparently) at 11.00 when I knew for certain there was no-one home.
Now starts the saga. Parcelforce asked the driver to confirm who and what address signed for them, driver does not get back to parcel force - this continues until Thurday when parcelforce finally admits that they are lost and marks the record as such.
I rang GHD to tell them this and they say they will send me some new ones and i will get them today, I ring them today to check the tracking number but guess what they have't sent them, it can take 14 working days to do an investigation.
How can this be right, parcelforce have marked my record as lost so why does it take GHD to take 14 working days (3 flaming weeks) to admit they are lost and replace them. It will be over a month they will have had my £90 and there is nothing I can do.
Every time I ring GHD I get a different story, the best thing is non of this is my fault and I am the one being penalised

Could you ask GHD for a refund, and then buy the straighteners from a salon?0

no becuase they are still saying I have had them even though the post office (parcel force) admit they have lost them - but they were signed for by a n other !0
