I put in a claim for bank charges 9 months ago but got the usual "on hold" reply.... Does anyone know when this is likely to be looked at?

Currently everything is on hold unless you are suffering severe financial hardship.0 -

Nope, House of Lords Appeal was last month but that is just the Preliminary Issues, and we haven't got to the Substantive Issues yet.
