Just Applied For Vanquis Again

Just applied again for a cc with vanquis after waiting six months? Fully expected the instant NO like I got last time due to me being a discharged BR, but got the response,we will give you a decision in 10-14 days. Should I remain optimistic? any one been here with vanquis.

I normally get the 10-14 days when I apply which is either shortly followed by a sod off or even worse total silence!

Ditto so know that feeling. Managed to get a full current account and overdraft, but NO_ONE will accept me for a credit card:eek:

I got the same response and got a yes 3 WEEKS after, lol

I got a Vanquis without it being referred and I went bankrupt over 5 years ago, so was surprised to get one;)

Try with your bank who gave you full current account after 6mth of having it - that would be your best bet. :beer:

My OH an I both got the '10-14 days' reply, we both had phone calls within a few days to say we'd been accepted. Discharged in March.

Fingers crossed you'll get one this time.
