Urgent help Agent charging £52 extra!!!!!!!!!

On Wednesday morning I called Sun 4 u and agreed a quote of £568 for 2 to Spain although online it quoted £438 but I knew there would be extras. Originally I was quoted £588 but decided to take off one suitcase to reduce the cost. I was told the Ryanair details would arrive within minutes. I rang ever day and was told my Email had been taken down incorrectly. On Saturday a Manager put through the Itinery and said another Department would send Ryanair details. This morning as still no Ryanair details, I looked on my Online Banking to find I had been charged £620 and rang immediately. The person I spoke to said the person who quoted had put on a note to say fares had gone up and Customer had agreed to pay. I was astounded and said this was a lie as I have never spoken to that person since the original quote. I have been told they will investigate but it is more or less her word againt mine. I feel so upset I cannot think logically. Has anyone any advice as I would be so grateful.

Can you ask for a recording of the phone call(s) ?

If you dont get anywhere what I would do is see if you can cancel the accomodation with them and keep the flights

How much were the ryanair flights?

Where was the accomodation and the name of it?

How many were travelling?

they cant resell the seats the costs of the flight changes are really high usually!

2 people all inclusive Liverpool to Gerona Eugenia Hotel LLoret de Mar. Basic Holiday £403.60 including transfers. Flights £216.40. The person I spoke to said the Flights had gone up and I agreed to pay. This is absolutely untrue! Supposed to be going on Thursday and boarding for pet all arranged.

5 nights delwyn. The person this morning stated that the person who made the original quote had since rung me ad agreed with me the extra cost. As I had rung every day to find out why no Airline details received, why did the person who stated this not check what had gone wrong as she said Ryanair details would follow immediately?

The person who originally quoted rang me and said she had called back later to agree the higher flight cost. This is impossible as I left after we booked and did not return until the following evening. My phone did not show any calls made whilst I was away.
I have asked that a manager ring me but so far nothing.

Manager called and as no record of second call to myself, they will refund £52!!!!!!!!!!
