Does anyone here use Mr123.com, previously known as Bidboogie? I received an e-mail saying that I had 2 free bids to use in my account. When I went to login, I couldn't remember my password, so I clicked on the lost password link. The password was then sent to my e-mail address and to my mobile phone.
However, when I checked my mobile phone bill, it said that I had been charged £1.50 for the text! Nowhere on the website does it say that password reminder texts would cost £1.50. All it says is - Place your name, username and e-mail address into the appropriate fields. We will send you a new password via SMS to the mobile number you have registered. No mention of the charge. Certainly, if you bid by text, you'll get charged for it, but my bids were free and I am 100% sure I did not bid by text. (I've taken screen shots just in case they change their t&cs as well)
Anyway, I've sent two e-mails so far, but haven't had a reply in weeks. No phone number to contact them either.
It's only £1.50, but that's not the point. I feel cheated.
Anyone has experience of this website? Thanks

Bumping this in the hope of a response. Is there some sort of trading body I can complain to? Thanks0
