  • I've got problems with the bubble one. I think my PC's quite slow because I always fall behind the person I'm playing, but the timer is in seconds so it still ticks away at the same rate. I'm going to try shutting down everything I can when I play tomorrow. I sometimes get the bubble, but I have to click and hold before the hill that the two buddies are standing on moves out of the way or I run out of time first. The problem is, if I click too early it doesn't register the click at all. There is a moment after the hill has started moving upwards but before the bubble is completely obscured by it when I can get this one, but it's really tricky.

I've managed to get 20 once, get over 18 many times but with another person only four times, won no vouchers. I think there are less people entering during the day, but my daughter's on school holidays and has a new bike so I'm a bit stuffed during the day and have only played this evening. Got the cat one once! I can't remember what the cat said when I did it but it was funny. Done the icing cake one two or three times too.

I hope no one thought I was rude this evening. I have been guilty of trying not to play too many games with people not getting near 18 since I started getting 18 in about one game in three. It feels a bit rude, but I only have the evenings really and on Friday I'm off to stay with my parents who have no internet and will miss the rest of the competition. To summise, sorry if I haven't given beginners the chance to practice with me, but I've only got two evenings on this!

If you buy from play.com itself, its new. The new/used thing is Playtrade, kinda like ebay/amazon. You cant use vouchers on playtrade items unfortunately x

To people who start again when they drop three points: Please note that several times I have dropped three points I have still scored 18. It's just as if as if I've had an extra mini-game, 21 in total.

I noticed that dropping a point in the practice game sometimes gave a score of 8/10 and sometimes 9/10. It seemed to be dependent on the mini-game in which the point was dropped, the balancing one for example seemed to be worth 2 points. It could be that the games are worth different amounts and that although losing a game will only ever lose you a point, winning a harder one might give you a 21st mini-game in which you can make up a lost point.

In other words please keep going until you've lost 4 points, you might be pleasantly surprised at the end.
