Hiya - just quickly jumping into this one again - not heard anything back from the ISP yet but the point is that it is the promoters responsibility to make it ABSOLUTELY CLEAR what the prize is that they are awarding.

In this instance, it has been very unclear and the implication was that they would be gift vouchers - which we would then have been able to add together.

Previous Thin Martian comps (ie Big Snap) have been gift vouchers, so it would be sensible to assume that these would be too.

If they come back and say "No, you can only use one at a time" then fine..........however, legally they are supposed to make this clear at the outset.

Hence why in my next few posts after that, I stated that we should be complaining about the implication of the word "play.com voucher" in their T&C... my first understanding was from sassi thus I made that post you quoted but acknowledged later on, what the complaint should have been about which was, clarification of the reward.

I made a mistake in understanding along with my first post but what do you expect, if all I read was a post saying they complained about not being able to use multiple vouchers in one purchase...

We should just leave it as that and expect their reply as to what they are, promotional discount vouchers or gift vouchers.
