No, not really. To get the 'free' holiday, you have to pay for a flight from a specified tour operator, as the original poster points out.

The freebies board is generally only for those items that don't require any purchase or outlay at all, except very minimal post and packing fees, for example, if the freebie justifies this.

I have just clicked on above link and it takes me to a page offering 1 free flight if I sign on to Tiscali. it includes
a pay as you go service that only costs per phone call. 1 access to tiscali and 1 free flight seems good

Tiscali is mince I`m with them very slow broadband

Tiscali may well be "mince" as an ISP but if you sign up with them for pay as you go and access the internet via them for a couple of minutes at 1p per minute then you get a free flight voucer. Seems more like filet steak to me
