Hijack log can anyone help laptop that has started freezing?

Have already carried out a malwarebytes scan and it came back clear, restarted laptop and seemed ok then went back to running slow or freezing pages, hopefully someone can help. I am not techie so simple terms please.

initial thing I see is that you have Comodo internet security , which has antivirus , AND avast.You should not run 2 antivirus at the same time

Have turned off commodo anti virus and run fix it to repair ie8, should i be up and running as normal now?

I posted a link on the weddings forums last night to find out if anyone had used takemypiccy.com as i am interested in using them for my upcoming wedding however i have not had any warning signals from the site yet someone else said its a trojan can you advise further? The person who replied said that it was kaspersky which picked it up.

takemypiccy.com is ok on my antivirus when I open the page

it's often IE plug ins that cause lock ups , and some don't work well with IE8 , if the reset does not work then come back

Although the above information has helped its still a little slow or freezing whilst opening a page, the only sites i regularly use are this and facebook and it is more noticeable on FB. Is there any connection to this?
