Hi
I'm trying to rent 1 or 2 bedrrom flat to rent near the heath hospital in a months time.
Can someone give me info on how much would be the processing fee, deposit amount in general.
if any of the lanlords have got property to rent near the heath hospital please do let me know.

I have a flat by Roath lake/Brandreth road that I'm moving out of at the end of July to move into a house we have bought in Rhiwbina.
Fees with moginie james were about £210. Bond was £750 and monthly rent on a 2 bed flat iwth large bedrooms, our own garden, garage and driveway is £650.
Highly suggest using the company PMG for rental properties.0
