Hi all,
long time no hear i got problem.
claimed all my llods bank creit card charges inc interest thankyou
to you wonderful people but having trouble eith my joint account
with lloyds wrote 2 letters but comuicataion from them says
that they reiceved the letter telling me the complaint eill be delt with within 4 weeks but will not give me any indication or offer of repayment of charges
what can i do please help.

Do you have priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities)?0
