Egg Card Warning - Anniversary Deal 0% Finished

I have had an Egg Card for a couple of years, and enjoyed the 5 months 0% Balance Transfer - however, this has apparently changed recently...
Egg card now offers a 2.5% BT for the new anniversary deal - I have contacted and e-mailed Egg customer services to suggest this neither offers the current 2% market rate, or offers existing customers a good deal.
Egg will not budge on this - I will have to go to a new lender and avoid this extremely bad deal.
I rather disappointed consumer!!

Yes, you will have to go to a new lender. The days of them being one of the best are gone!0

Thanks for that. I also found out about this when I checked into my account. A shame - 2.5% for 5 months is not worth the effort any more!Wealth Warning
