    Well they still managed to increase their profits though. I'm not going to lose any sleep over Barclaycard.

    Many of those bad debts will have been simply sold on anyway so the debtors are still going to be pressurized into making repayments.

    I believe virtually all that came from their investment banking division. I may be wrong but I think retail banking made a loss.
