wirless keyboard and mouse

hi guys,,I have a microsoft wirless keyboard and mouse,,mouse works fine 90% of keyboard works ok,,but my arrows and f keys do not,,any suggestions,,I thought I had tuned it in ok but still not working 100% ty

Maybe it's not recognised the keyboard type, they range from 101 key to 105 key on standard Windows keyboards, multimedia keyboard like the one I suspect you have, tend to have many more keys, have never used an MS wireless keyboard, but I imagine you'll find some settings if you poke around in the control panel.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
