KLM / Air France - Vent

Had the recent misfortune to fly business class on two connecting flights with this shambles in four days.

Apart from rude staff, puried fruit slop for food and a totally unprofessional attitude by their staff they also proceeded to lose our luggage between Amsterdam and Athens.

A two day trip, with no clothes for half of it - fantastic.

The return flights were great - informed I was in the wrong queue by the young up start on the business class desk before I politely told her to check our booking before making assumptions.

Served a new development in business class cuisine the full breakfast soup.

And to cap it all, the economy class / business class shuffle. They unclipped the curtain from in front of us and put it behind us. Then gave us a newspaper and said welcome to business class.

KLM - Dutch for Chav airlines.

I used to fly a lot with KLM between around 2003 and 2006. I was a gold card member of their executive frequent flyer programme. By and large I found them to be an excellent airline.

Then they bought Air France and it all went to hell in a handcart. An incident involving a child's buggy which I won't bore you with finally sealed my hatred of this new Franco-Dutch abortion. Clearly things have gotten no better and probably worse.
