Air Fuel Supplement Charges

I have received a letter from a travel company we booked our holiday with in May 2008 (and travelled in June 2008) demanding we owe them an amount of money due to the Government increasing tax on Air craft fuel

At the time we booked out holdiay we paid the full amount on a Credit Card.

Can this travel company demand a charge a year later after the holiday for a fuel supplement.

Surely the goods were supplied in June 2008 when the holiday was taken.

I cannot see any reason that they can come to you a year later for more money.

i completly missed the fact that they have had the holiday

i just didnt read this one fully
