Lloyds airmiles- when will I get miles?

Other half and I both signed up for a Lloyds airmiles duo credit card, under the 1500 free miles offer. We've both spent over £10 on our cards, and both have airmiles accounts. Lloyds customer service has been diabolical just trying to set up internet banking, and they keep fobbing me off to airmiles to ask when i'll get my miles when I phone them up. Problem is, airmiles tell us it's Lloyds we need to get on to.

Is there anyone who has been through this offer and successfully has their 1500 miles, who can tell me the whats and whens? I'm getting concerned that we won't get our free miles, even though that's the only reason we signed up!

Please help:o

Usually transferred around about statement time to your airmiles account.

They will not appear directly on your airmiles account - they will be there in the form of a voucher which if you 'open' it will be for the requisite number of miles. From what I recall it was quite quick - 2 or 3 weeks

They won't appear on your Lloyds statement at all - not that I remember anyway.

Mine were, and are, added to my existing Air Miles account. This includes the bonus air miles (500 when I applied in 2007).

(They don't appear on the Lloyds credit card statement though.)

The Bonus 1500 miles does appear as a voucher (as it has t&c's attached re: accomodation), how it appeared with me that when the airmiles were 'generated' on your first statement and added to your airmiles account, the voucher was added.
