homebase update and more advice needed please

some of you may have already read or responded to my origional post
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1792729

but now i have another dilema and do not really know where to go from

well thought i would give a quick update
went down to the same homebase yesterday and they looked as if they knew nothing about it when i explained it all but then he called someone and came back saying they will refund the origional ammount towards the cost of a new sofa but any extra would come out of my pocket

i politely but firmly stated that after near on 3 yrs of hassle i expect like for like ie i want a 2 seater and two single leather recliners

then the lady said she would refund the ammount before the extra discount i received £566 odd but i would have to go back in monday when the manager was there

i thought this would be ok as the same set up would cost an extra £20 but could only be ordered via there internet site not instore fair enough

BUT....

then returning home and finding on there site the 2 seater reciner is instock when i put it into my basket and put in my postcode for delivery it then shows as out of stock:eek:

i am assuming this is because they have none in my local delivery depo so i am going to go back in homebase on monday when i see the manager and ask if one can be sent from another delivery depo as i am not too fussed on waiting a few weeks after all i have been waiting 3 yrs whats another few weeks lol

but what should i do if this can not be done as the next same set up thats not even that nice is near on £700

any advice would be welcomed

many thanks
