hi there
partner put in initial letter for claim of £500 or so in jan this year, as she has incurred further charges since this date will the claim amount be automatically changed? if not how does she register the new amount?

Just write to the bank mentioning the additional charges and that your claim is now £xx0

If you have a reference for your last claim then simply quote the reference and state you have incurred additional charges you wish to add to the original claim of x amount.any templates?
