I'm pretty new to ebay. What do people make of the listing below? It looks like a scam to me but they have 100% rating so it may contain some good advice?

Yea,soolin is right or failing that it will be an overcomplicated adsense tutorial which better versions, not least from google themselves, are available for free online.0
