I am planning to apply for the NSPCC charity card mentioned in Martin's balance transfer article, to transfer my balance from an HSBC credit card. I am a housewife so I don't have a salary. Does anyone know if these charity cards require you to have a minimum salary? Thanks.

Probably best to ring them to see what they call 'regular income'.To apply for our NSPCC Platinum MasterCard you must be over 18, have a permanent UK address, a good credit record and regular income.
