    Hello,
I'm new here but I've been reading all your updates all morning - I've also been trying since 10am today, I ran the battery down completely on my mobile, and am now using my work phone. Thankfully my boss is quite understanding!
When I was calling from my mobile I was getting an engaged tone, but now that I'm calling from a landline I'm getting 'sorry there is a fault, please try again', it only occasionally goes to an engaged tone. Is that what everyone else is getting? Worried I'm wasting my time!
