Honestly guys, don't give up hope.

Just got through after being in a queue for ages then got decent seats in the stalls for the Tuesday - I got 7 tickets for me and my mates and the answer I got was "tell me how many you need and we'll tell you if you can get them". The poor guy couldn't have been nicer.

After yesterday's fiasco I copied the Daily Record in to my complaint to the General Manager. They phoned me back yesterday for an interview so they may well run with the story after this morning's problems.

Can I just say to everyone that while I understand your frustration there is no need to suggest that the people who have got tickets are not genuine just because they are new to MSE. I purchased my 6 tickets on Sunday morning after finding the link, thanks to a new user in the Glasgow thread.

I'm sorry that more of you didn't manage to use the link in the OP but it was there for 24 hours before they closed the glitch and because some people have now sold on their tickets to dubious websites it doesn't mean that everyone has done this.

Good luck to all who are still trying to get their tickets via the phone line.

It says 'all our operators are busy at the moment' at which point you think "aaarggh" but then it says 'please hold and we will trasfer you to the next available operator'
