I have subscribed to the MSE newsletter for a while now but have never posted before. I have been keeping up with this thread since yesterday and when I actually got through I thought I would put up a post to try and give everyone hope. The people in the box office didn't tell me that there was any limit and I need six tickets for my family (not selling them on ebay). Sorry if you don't trust what I'm saying is true but I've no way to prove it. Hopefully someone else on here gets through and can back me up.flexiblefish wrote: »have to stop 55mins of hitting redial on 4 phones. nothing.
I have doubts that they are onsale. only one person on here has apparently got through to buy six (excuse my cynicism but a first poster saying got 6 seems a bit troll-esque to me, I have seen that on forums about gigs before...also 6 tickets usually small venue gigs offer limits usually of 4 max)0 -
Nope it was the last news story on the eleven oclock news
So what really going on

another site update:
Current booking problems - thank you! for your continued patience...
Please bear with us... We are still working towards fixing our technical problems. We will be able to accept telephone calls today but unfortunately we will be unable to offer online sales. We apologise for this reduced service and the inconvenience it will cause.0 -

We are all feeling the same way, I'm going to be hearing the engaged tone in my sleep.
The website was updated to say that there was still a problem with online but tickets could be purchased over the phone.........they make it sound so easy.0 -
I think the problems with the phone lines are to do with the card payments. The girl I spoke to in the box office said that they couldn't process the payments now but were taking card numbers and they would go through within the next 7 to 10 days.0

Usherhall holds c2000 i think. About the same as the playhouse. Ticketsoup were doing 10 tickets per person for glasgow. Whereas perth, aberdeen were 2 per person. 6 is therefore not unreasonable though for an event like this is toppy by the organisers.
fingers crossed we'll get through.0
