    My mum just got a weird response, got through twice with phone ringing other end and was then connected to an answering machine....

    That's me got 4 people constantly calling and 2 internets.....

    Can't be this hard.:rolleyes:

    Totally agree with you. Someone seeing the news item, who hadn't even heard about the gigs before, could swoop in and pick up tickets. the eBayers will be all over it as well, knowing now how huge the demand is. All who emailed yesterday should get first shout.

    I don't understand why they don't just update the homepage if they haven't managed to fix it instead of have us all sat here wondering what is going on. Are we really expected to just sat refreshing/phoning all day without knowing if they have even fixed the problem?

    The 8616 is engaged but the Fax just rings and rings and rings.....and rings.
