I have just fired off an email to B&Q.

I am totally frustrated with the company. I make a complaint by sending in an LBA and rather then appear to be dealing with it, their legal team have been badgering my site.

The odd thing about it, I havent been asked politely by B&Q to take the thing down yet. It seems the public image of lovliness by employing older folk is far different from the real B&Q. Unless of course I am wrong and they are ordering flowers for my birthday.

Irony states I get run over by a B&Q lorry on the way home delivering someones Argonaut water butt.
