    Not with Lloyds no - it is an internal score - you are free to apply elsewhere!

    Surely the marker would remove itself over time, if the account is run correctly?!? :confused:
    I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂

    Well my partners account is running perfectly - always in credit and has 1k overdraft. She is on internal score of 3 which should be good. She just cannot get any further credit with LTSB because of that mark.

    The overdraft is due to be reviewed in Sept 09 so not sure if she will get that overdraft back.
