in Credit cards
i ordered some shoes on line and they were the wrong size. i sent them back using the enclosed returns form recorded delivery so i no they recieved them. they have not exchanged them, nor have they refunded me. i have emailed them on several occasions and rang them everyday for the last 2 weeks and there is no reply. what action can i take??

You haven't given too much info to go on but I assume you paid for the goods by credit card.
Generally, credit-card companies allow up to a month for refunds to be paid. If you receive nothing from the supplier after a month, you could ask the credit-card company to help get your money back. See Section 75 Protection on this site.
It would be sensible to keep trying to get hold of the supplier of the goods in the meantime.

but doesn't section 75 only protect you for over £100?
Keep hold of the recorded delivery receipt obviously.0
