    That must be a huge relief for you, and thanks for updating the thread.

    The only additional thing to say is that you need to be clear that what a Suspended Possession Order means is that your offer to repay at a certain rate will be formalised at the court hearing and if you fall behind with just one future repayment the LL can have you out pretty quickly, without needing to go back to court.

    However, you sound so determined to get back on top of things that I reckon that scenario would be very unlikely - good luck:smiley:

    Hi everyone and thank you again. My plan now is to get these arrears down to less than 8 weeks, then down to zero and then I will be putting a little bit away to make sure that if we hit hard times again we always have something to fall back on.

    I do understand the limts of a suspended order but at least if we decide to move to a cheaper home we are more likely to able to do so and in the mean time I can offer my daughter the security of a roof over her head.

    Thanks again for all of your help. Im going to post my court experience so readers can get an idea of what to expect if they have to face eviction.
