Save The Trainline.com £1 booking fee

I recently booked train tickets to London using a £5 off promotion with Great First Western trains (Got the tip from MSE! :D). Unfortunatly this promotion has now finished, but I did notice at the time that there was no booking fee.

I have just booked 2 train tickets for an elderly aunt, and was about to do this via the TrainLine website (and pay the £1 booking fee), when I remembered about Great First Western- the site is exactly the same as Trainline (different colours!), and the tickets are delivered from The Trainline, but you don't pay the £1 booking fee! :j
Note- you can book trains anywhere via the Great First Western site, not just those around that area (I've just booked Derby-Newcastle!).

Hope this helps!

Well yes - people say that here frequently.

    But it IS worth repeating.

It applies to just about all the train company sites, not just First Great Western
