I have been trying to download a free game (from the freebies board) it's called Treasure Island Dizzy and the freebie is from codemasters.co.uk, It seems to download okay but the game won't start and when I press the shortcut on desktop it seems to want to finish off the download but can't, hope this makes sense and someone can help I love these old games. If you don't get what you want today maybe the Postie will bring it tomorrow. :j:j:j

This? It's an old C64 game packaged with an emulator, so you shouldn't need to download anything else.

Assuming you've installed the game, running it should produce a small window alongside a splash screen which disappears after a short interval. Once the game has fully loaded, you can stretch the window by dragging the corner to a size that suits you.
Try running the game in Windows XP compatibility mode.0
