Are there any websites with example templates, of contractual agreements?

You've previously posted about trying to buy an ex-council house with a friend, to do up & let out so whether you are talking about some form of agreement between the two of you or a tenancy agreement, its best to do it properly from the start.
There certainly are online templates of all kinds of agreements but they may not protect you or your investment adequately: many of them are poorly drafted & contain out of date and/or potentially unenforceable clauses.
Pay someone with appropriate legal qualifications & experience or, if it's the tenancy agreement that you are after , join up to one of the national LL associations. Membership fee is tax deductible, gets you a reduction on LL insurance premiums & gives you access to all manner of vital info on property letting. You may also want to take a look at Landlordlaw.co.uk and Landlordzone.co.uk0 -
Thanks for your help, we were hoping to put together an agreement, take that to the solicitors, for them to iron out, and add the extra bits we missed. Thought this would be a cheaper option than doing it all from scratch at the solicitors. (obviously the contract is of extreme importance). Ill be sure to check those websites out,
Thanks again!0
