ABBEY - Demand Refund Letter
killscam
I recently wrote a letter to Abbey out of frustation demanding they refund all the penalty charges imposed on my account as I am now unemployed and in financial hardship and cannot wait for the court's ruling.
I also wrote that in the event they did not respond to my claim within 7 days I was prepared to take the matter further by demonstrating outside a local branch of their's as well as seeking help from other organisations and asking local newspapers to attend and also petition Abbey customers .
This was approximately 2 weeks ago to date no response has been received.
I sent the letter by registered mail ( signature required )
Soon after posting this letter all my mail ceased to exist. i.e: have not received any post whatsoever in the last 2 weeks ( usually every other day I would receive some sort of correspondence in the mail ).
My question is ,could this have any connection with the letter I posted?
or am I just being paranoid?
