looking for nice sunny holiday for as little as possible :D

Hi,
I'm driving myself demented trying to find a reasonably low priced holiday for myself and my son.
**Ideally I can leave anytime between the 27th July (or the 26th from 6pm onwards) till the 1st August.
**from Scottish airports.
**Going anywhere - would love to go back to Greece but can't get the prices below £700 :(
My son is 7 but is being classed as an adult as its a late booking! humph!
**And budget wise, probably around the £500 mark.
When I asked the travel agent, I got "raised eyebrows" and was basically told there was not a hope in H*ll!
So pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee if anyone has seen any bargains or knows of any decent sites I can check out, please can you let me know?
thank you thank you thank you

In the last few weeks prices have got dearer nearer the time definitely not cheaper jumping from £200 3 weeks before to £300 with less than a fortnight to go so unfortunately if u cant find anything now its unlikely you will nearer the time. Your son is being charged adult price because there's only 2 of you, the first 2 in a room are always charged as an adult when booking a package. Good luck.

    Hi
Thanks for the replies! Yep its 2 adults for a week. Self catering from scotland, and in a relatively quiet or kiddie friendly resort. I'm not fussed about the star rating of hotel/apts to be honest as its only a bed to sleep in at the end of the day! But would like either a pool or the beach nearby.
Me?? asking too much??! never :D
