Lloyds - do I claim or just complain

Hi all,
Recently been having money flow issues with little or no overtime. I knew I was going to be roughly £50-£100 over my overdraft roughly 5 days before I got paid. I asked Lloyds for a 1 month increase on overdraft and was declined.
As a result I received a letter on the 26th saying that as of 23rd I'm being charged £15 a day for being over(including weeknds and bank holidays) . I phoned straight away to explain and was told to go to my local branch and pay money in (luckily i was only £35 over so could borrow that off a friend).
However despite being told my local branch is open on a Saturday it's not. So two more days of charges. A SO of £50 comes out on the 29th so I managed to 'conjure' up about £80 to pay in directly to the bank on the 29th but now I've received another letter saying I'm being charged £20 for a failed SO even though I deposited it on the day.
I'm now awaiting a letter to show me my grand total of fees that will once again push me into the red around £100 - £130 I think.
Do I reclaim or complain? This is the 1st time this has happened to me and I feel for the 1st time I needed just a little help Llloyds has cr*pped on me from a great height.

I think you need to put this all down in a chronological order including the fact that you were told that a branch was open on the saturday that wasn't.
Ask them for a refund based on the fact that you were mislead by customer services and you made every effort to try and make sure the funds were there to make the payments,0 -
Hi there
Just thought I would mention it, my Lloyds TSB branch does actually open on Saturdays, but only until 1pm I believe.
However, I am in Wales, it may differ elsewhere.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
