Today I have/will:
*re-done budget now that loan is paid off
*meal planned
*done food shopping, came to less than £15 which seemed really cheap for what I bought!
*watched a dvd from a Tesco rental free trial
*go to Alzheimers fundraiser with my mum and grandad
*meet my friend for a drink in the pub - will eat at home first thoughDebt at LBM (17/10/08) £5727.61 Debt free date 31/08/090 -
Looks like everyone is having a busy weekend.
I did most of my small things yesterday, but for today :
- watered plants
- checked online banking
- checked for freebies
- free scratch cards and daily clicks
- cut the dogs hair for the first time ! (saved £18 in compared to having the visiting dog grooming lady )
- dinner from stores
- another No Spend Day
- ironed 20 items
- prepared lunches for work and school
- shampooed the carpet (with freebie shampoo)
- scrubbed the bathroom
Woohoo !Aiming to be debt-free, and have my degree, by 50 ! :j0 -
Hi everyone - looks like people have had very productive weekends, despite the distraction of celebrity boyfriends.:p I've had a very lazy day today, still waiting for B to return from the World Series - they were still stuck in the car park about an hour ago!
1) SC - 10p, 50p
2) LSD - just £2.50 at the car booty for 5 lovely Gap items for T for next year. V glad I didn't buy anymore things for him when I was there yesterday!
3) All meals from stores.
4) Had a lovely long peaceful walk down by the river for free entertainment. Saw a pair of swans with 8 cygnets. Ah!
5) Read a bit of Patrick Gale's new book for cheap entertainment, bought off Green Metropolis.
6) Googled Simon Baker - nice work Andrina!
Off to put T to bed. Don't really want too though, as he has been so sweet and loving today (although he has been a bit of a terror for the last few days) and I am worried he will revert overnight!
See you tomorrow,

Evening All,
Mogchops, let me know how you get on
Angel, I hope you enjoyed the film
Lurlee, congrats on the camera
Better late than never, but here goes: This weekend I have/will:
• Dropped bro and bro in law in Reading for their holiday (2 weeks on BIL’s mums canal boat)….not really MS but good karma
• Googled Simon Baker (yum)
• Spent money on a yoga mat bag and heart rate monitor from tesco spent £20 instead of £115 that I ‘wished’ I could spend (£70 on branded HRM)
• Put change in my sealed pot
• Drunk far too much wine on Friday night and still feel a bit sick……hubby thinks that I might have morning sickness (he is convinced he has super sperm!)
• Went to Body Balance to use membership and realised that my jogging bottoms are a bit looser (sp?)….but I had put on 3lbs (ho hum, you are only 30 once)
• Chilled
• Cant do TAB scratchy’s for some reason
• Paid cash for my birthday dinner on Friday night 5 adults incl £11 on wine 2 courses (we went to the harvester so salad was the starter) £91…..not bad
• Washing on 30 and hung outside to dry
• Got treated to lunch this afternoon by a friend….I caught the sun
• Needed to buy a sports bag for the gym, found one I liked and shopped around for it and saved £3
I’d better go and put aloe vera body lotion on my poorly sick (and bright red) arms.
Take care everyone

Hello!
I have been away this weekend so only now have had chance to catch up. I am very proud of myself so here goes for Friday-Sunday:
- Wrote letter to concil
- Wrote letter to decline work placement (had to quit college and working hence not doing placement) but asked them to keep my CV for future
- Wrote letter to charity to ask finanial help
- Bought stamps from Sup€drug as heard they are cheaper there (didn't check but was walking past it anyway)
- Got B00ts points when buying new hairbrush and toothpaste for DD
- Took library books back to avoid fine
- Took trousers that I can live without back to shop
- Took letter and other papers to council
- Filled car in cheapest station and got points
- Checked tyre preassures
- Delivered letter re placement by hand and also bought some dog food from there with £2.- discount and at the same time supported charity (get my dog food delivery on Mon or Tue and needed some to carry me over)
- Went to post office to ask what happened to the letter I sent to ex asking him to sod off
- Made sure that my dog food order (with free delivery) is ok and will come next week
- Called DD's play group to book her in few days before reception class starts so that I can go to work
- Been on the course that would normally cost £500 and I only paid £50 and lunches included
- While on course stayed with BF so free accommodation, breakfasts and suppers and we were able to spend quality time with eachother as DD was looked after by friends
- Sat NSD, Sun LSD (crisps and chocolate
)
- At the moment doing scratches and curly quizzes
- Will submit this week's hours, have supper from what I can find and go to bed early as busy day at work tomorrow
Phew, no wonder I am tired, catch up tomorrow..."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

thanks for the link Marru....am in scotland. went through their site and contacted some of the solicitors named on there as people who activiely help people with housing issues inc reposession and legal aid yet it is those who have turned me down!!! Once I get through this part, I think I will complain.
Going to CAB in the morning to see what they can offer. They had initially offered an appointment 3 weeks away but have shopped around and found one that has a no appointment drop in so will be going there.
