Next time he takes you out (cos based on this theory, he will want to again... :o), then make sure the sh*thead drives. :D

He won't want to again. He doesn't want to now. He's taking her out because he realises he has to. He wants her to drive, because she hates driving. He will try to make it as hard and as unpleasant an evening as possible so that they won't have a good time, which he can then blame on her. At which she will (he hopes) feel guilty, so will never ask again.

Not anti-man as in generically the male species, but anti-man as in an alleged member of the male species.

Or just a member - your choice...

Just to be clear, I don't think BB should have to drive, but men are just big kids, and rewarding the positive works with kids, so it was just a thought.

I definitely don't mean she should always offer to drive when he takes her out.

    You are probably right unfortunately.

BUT, in his head, it might go:

'I am making an effort, I am doing what she wants and taking her out, but it wasn't enough, so I give up'.

But I'm a soon to be divorced, relationship disaster area, so possibly I'm not the best person to be giving an opinion. :rotfl:
