what was your first single then Doomy and Z?

ok, my first few albums which were "donated" to me with the LP player were a "best hits" album which contained loads of tunes, but notably "MC Hammer - Cant touch this". and i cant remember much else - will ask my dad.

the first CD i got was donated to me again by my dad :) status quo - Rocking All Over The Years 1991

and the first album i bought (i thiiiink) was Michael Jackson - Dangerous.

and the first single i bought was (cos i bought 2 at same time) - DJ Jean - The Launch ... and .. Vanilla - No Way, No Way (--- i say shamefully of the latter)

first "proper" album i bought was Rage Against the Machine's first self-titled album which i now own 5 copies of but have no idea where any of them are....

my last album purchase i cannot remember :( i think it was Opeth - Ghost Reveries.

edit: note i tend never to buy singles cos they are !!!!!!!!. £3 for 1 track + bsides, would rather get an album.
