LPC Loan

I just checked the Natwest LPC loan and it has soared to 7.7%, it was 2.9% for College of Law students a month or two ago. That is insane!

Does anyone else offer a loan at a better rate?

are you sure you have the right figures? I had the same loan last year for the CPE and it was at 7.6%...

Yes, it is insane! :eek: I luckily, by chance filled in my application for the loan back in April and got a base rate of 2.2%

Other high street banks do offer LPC loans but they only offer between £10 - £15k and I think you have a max of 7 years to pay it back where as Natwest is up to £25k and up to 10 years to pay it back.

Also I know Natwests is pretty flexible for example they don't penalise you if you want to pay off a lump sum. I'm not sure if other high street banks are the same.
