How long till Eon Change their online Tarriffs

Any ideas anyone

I check my rate with EON once a month and enter my meter reading in aswell. I changed to their energysaveronlive v13 a few months ago, but now the new rate has come out I cant seem to find a better tarriff with EON.

Your thoughts do I jump ship and go to british gass who are 7% cheaper, or stay put and hope Eon drop their rates.

Can I threaten to change supplier? do they have any flexibility to offer me a personally lower rate than those advertised??

So many questions

Any way forward?

eon brought their prices down today on gas but apparently doesn't apply to online tariffs

7% is better in your pocket today than waiting for something to happen later

No. As far as I'm aware no supplier will offer bespoke prices to domestic customers.

I'm not sure if it applies to all their online tariffs or just their latest one (version 14?) as the gas prices on this were already lower than their standard prices.

The online tariffs will be affected by the price decrease, except for Version 14, this is from 4 July 2009.

stewie_griffin is right, we can not reduce prices for customers individually, but you can use the website and comparison sites to check for alternative tariffs.

Version 14 has not reduced, as the prices decrease was already included in this tariff when it was launched.
