Arghh, can anyone help a complete techie novice!!
We've got a new laptop, and when you press the number 2 with Shift, it's coming up with the @. And when we press @, it's coming up with ". And the number 3 and shift, instead of being the £ is the #.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks for any advice

Go into the control panel then into Regional & Language options. Change the keyboard setting to English. That should fix it.0
