Reclaiming bank charges again ?

Hi,
Does anyone know if you can reclaim bank charges since the last time you claimed successfully ?
I claimed £1400 back about a year ago, and since then have accrued more ( like the fool i am ), so can i claim again ?
also, i have a joint account with my girlfriend which we haven't claimed from, can i do that aswell, or is it best if she does that in her name ??
