I have a condenser tumble dryer in my garage, i have cleaned the parts you are supposed to clean and emptied the condensor box but it gets a fishy smell when it heats up. The clothers are freshly washed and the tumble dryer itself isnt very old. not sure how i can go about cleaning it, any ideas why it is making this smell thanks

not come across it before, but im sure ive read somewhere that electrical wiring when degrading can give off a fishy smell. Clutching at straws here, but as its out in the garage is there any chance something small could have crawled into it? try posting on the message boards at www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk
they may have some ideas.0
