I emailed them Saturday, still no reply... and still the same "Error! null" message when I try to log in

Some people are clearly managing to post messages though...I've tried 3 browsers.

Urgh...got the message submitted, but now the second page where you enter the comp won't work properly.

Hi everyone,

So sorry some of you are having problems accessing UKfamily competitions - we've been working like mad to resolve this problem.

For those who were seeing the "Error-Null" error message when you tried to log in, I'm happy to say you will now be able to log in successfully.

Once you've entered your email address and password to log in to the site as normal, you'll be asked to choose a new Display/Screen name.

Unfortunately for this error fix you have to choose a different display name than you registered with. I would suggest you simply add a number to the end of your previous Display/Screen name, to keep things simple. (I know what it's like when you have a million different screen names to remember.)

Hope this helps everyone, and sorry the site's being awkward!

I've tried a few times, hope I haven't entered multiple times...

Ah... Sorry about that, that one was a human error - (broken link).

We've fixed that now too.

Am really grateful for your help in sorting out these problems!

PS You're allowed to enter most UKfamily competitions multiple times... ;-)
